If you wish to cancel your reservation you can do so free of charge up to 3 days before your reservation date. The paid deposit can then be used again for another appointment or it can be returned as a gift certificate valid for 1 year.

If cancellations are not made in a timely manner, we will charge a cancellation fee if the reserved hours are not rebooked. Cancellation fee = deposit paid or gift certificate given. 
If your hours did pass, the deposit paid can be reused for another appointment or it can be returned as a gift certificate valid for 1 year.

Last minute bookings are always final and non-cancellable, even if more than 72 hours in advance.

If Wellness Rust'ik does not receive payment within 5 days of the reservation, the reservation will be cancelled immediately. Liquidated damages of 10% with a minimum of 50 € remain due.

Failure to cancel or a no show will result in a charge of 100% of the balance due.

In case of cancellation, in no case can we invoke force majeure (illness, weather conditions, traffic jam, accident, breakdown, strike, ...) .
