1. "Wellness Rust'ik" is completely non-smoking inside. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace.

2. Mandatory use of towels on the benches of the sauna & infrared, as well as in the recliners inside and outside, and this for hygienic reasons.

3. It is forbidden to add products to the whirlpool and to the sauna's soaking water.

4. Children should remain under adult supervision at all times.

5. Pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons.

6. Before using the various facilities, please take a shower....

7. You should also take a shower after each visit to the sauna, infrared or steam room.

8. Failure to cancel or a "no show" will be charged 100% of the balance due.

9. When leaving the complex early, the full amount of the number of reserved hours must be paid.

10. Last minute bookings cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

11. When leaving the private sauna center late, we charge €15 per quarter hour.

12. "Wellness Rust'ik" cannot be held responsible for any accidents, physical or material damage, loss of property or wrongful use of the center and therefore will never be able to be held at fault. Wellness Rust'ik will also not be required to pay any compensation.

13. If damage is caused to the space rented by you (in the Wellness) you are obliged to pay for the repair of this damage and, if the space has to be closed for this reason, to pay a damage compensation of €600 per day.

14. Bath slippers are mandatory; therefore, there are always bath slippers available in "Wellness Rust'ik", or you can of course bring your own.

15. "Wellness Rust'ik" has the right to refuse people for any reason.

16. All our legal relations are governed by Belgian law. For disputes between "Wellness Rust'ik" and our customers, the court of Brussels has jurisdiction, unless another court is assigned by law.

17. No own beverages may be consumed in the private area.

18. Gift certificates that have passed the expiration date can no longer be redeemed under any circumstances. Customers who let us know before the expiration date that it is no longer possible to make a reservation may be given a 2-month extension.

19. Everyone who makes a reservation at "Wellness Rust'ik" automatically agrees to our house rules.

20. The use of the content (text, photos, layout), without the written permission of the owner, is strictly prohibited. This material may not be copied, reproduced or distributed, in whole or in part, without the written permission of Wellness Rust'ik. Creating a hyperlink to the website without the permission of the company is also prohibited.
